RadiFEMs is a subsidiary of RADICARE (M) Sdn Bhd, offering cost-effective facilities management solutions and reliability in the operations and maintenance of public and private buildings and facilities. As a core member of the RADICARE Group, RadiFEMs plays an important role through its customer centered services and programs to meet the life cycle needs of various types of facilities. Whether it is a commercial office environment, industrial site or retail space, we have the competency to deliver perfomance based results.

Initially, RadiFEMs was established to take over the maintenance of hospital facilities within the RADICARE business areas. Today, RadiFEMs has redefined its business model to include operational maintenance of commercial office buildings, industrial sites and retail premises. RadiFEMs practices a policy of pre-emptive maintenance through routine inspections and regular servicing so that disruptions due to malfunctions are minimized. All services adhere to quality produce and standards that are an integral part of our Quality Programme of ISO 9001:2000 certification.
