Facility Operation (HWMS)

Responsibilities
- Collect and transfer clinical waste from source of generation at agreed time and
frequency via designated route as stated in HSIP to central storage facility. - Wash clinical waste bin and other equipment related to the service with approved chemical.
- Clean and wash the bag holder and other collection devices daily as required
by Master Agreed Procedure. - Maintain the cleanliness of the wheeled bin washing area and Central Storage Facility.
- Respond to any accident/incident according to prescribed emergency procedure.
- Assist in the loading/unloading of wheeled bin to and from dedicated vehicle.
- Supply adequate consumables meeting the requirement stipulated in the TRPI Clause 1.2.
- Shall always be equipped with appropriate Personnel Protective Equipment when carrying out their task.
- Assist/supervise in the weighing of clinical waste at the agreed time schedule.
- Assist/ supervise in the proper documentation; ensure good record keeping.

Facility Operation (LLS)

- Daily ward/department stocks count of items to determine requirement as per par level and prepare linen requisition form.

- Deliver clean linen to departments and stores in dedicated areas.
- Weigh cleans, and soiled linen as directed.
- Assist in linen room to pack clean linen on to dedicated trolley for delivery.
- Clean and disinfect all trolley weekly or as directed.
- Maintain high standard of personnel hygiene.

Boilerman

Requirements
- Certificate of Boilerman Grade 1 or Grade 2 and registered with DOSH.
- 1 year working experience in building maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor boiler system as well as record the data into the logbook/log sheet.
- Perform repair and maintenance work inclusive scheduled and unscheduled maintenance works.
- Carry out overhaul and other related activities for DOSH yearly inspection.
- Assist the management in implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, Health, Safety, Environment Procedure, and ISO 9001:2000 and comply with relevant standard regulation or procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of working area and upkeep the workshop tools, equipment, spare parts and stock inventory in the proper place.
- Ensure the boiler condition comply with all statutory requirements and regulation by law.
- Responsible to operate FEMS plant operations are in good working condition and functioning efficiently.

Requirements

Responsibilities
- Maintaining all civil, buildings and plumbing and operating building services plant and installations.
- Ensuring the contract work is executed and complies with the contract standard quality, cost control and complete within the contract period.
- Facilitate in the implementation of Quality Assurance Procedures ISO 9002 & Health, Safety and environment procedures.
- Ensure operations activities are carried out in accordance with operations and maintenance procedures and all relevant laws and regulations.
- Initiate order for spare parts as required.
